ABSTRACT

Single indicator diagram diagnosis can only diagnose downhole working condition of pumping well, but cannot determine the working condition of ground equipment, and the power displacement diagram contains the working condition information of downhole and ground equipment in rod pumping well production system, which can make up for the deficiency of indicator diagram diagnosis. Therefore, in this paper, based on the indicator diagram diagnosis model of downhole working condition based on the BP neural network, the diagnosis model of ground equipment working condition based on power displacement diagram and the calculation model of power displacement diagram and indicator diagram under the absence of data of indicator diagram, a new method for integrated diagnosis of ground and downhole working conditions in pumping wells with power displacement diagram and indicator diagram is proposed. By comparing the diagnosis results of indicator diagram and power displacement diagram of 10 wells in Shengli Oil field, results shows that the integrated diagnostics method can not only diagnose the downhole working condition of oil well, but also diagnose the ground equipment working conditions, which improve the diagnosis effect of working condition, enlarge the diagnosis range of working condition. It plays the role of supplementary diagnosis in the absence of on-the-spot indicator diagram, and can also be used to diagnose and check each other. The research results can provide technical support for intelligent analysis and optimal decision of oil production system.
