In recent years, the demand for high frequency systems has increased, which has led to the development of various components to improve their performance. Power dividers are one of the most critical components used in these systems that split the input signal into multiple output signals while maintaining impedance matching. However, conventional power dividers have limitations, especially when it comes to harmonic suppression. To solve this problem, low-pass filters are often integrated in the power divider circuit. In this work, a new method for constructing a Gysel power divider using a low-pass filter is introduced. The proposed method can remove up to 10 harmonics at the working frequency of 940MHz. To provide a comprehensive evaluation, the primary resonator of the low-pass filter was first studied to determine the location of the first transition zero. The bandwidth at which the filter cuts off is extended by using rectangular attenuators. After adding the designed filter to the Gysel model, the whole circuit was built and the results were obtained. According to simulations and measurements, this circuit reduces power loss by 81% compared to a Gysel-type power divider. In addition, at the operating frequency, the return loss of the first port is 17.02 dB, the second port is 16.9 dB, the third port is 35.8 dB, and the fourth port is 3.24 dB.
